In-stock items are shipped Monday-Friday, during business hours.
Items that are on "Pre-Order Only" have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
Bespoke items have a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
 

Orders placed after 12 pm [LOS ANGELES TIME] are shipped the next business day.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup orders Monday-Friday 8am-5pm only.
Please bring your order confirmation, the form of payment used to complete the purchase (credit/debit card) and a driver license that matches the card name/last name. These are required in order to verify the order and release the items.

We will always follow up to let you know that the order is ready to be picked up.
PAID ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.

International Orders
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

In case a refund request is made, it will be processed as per return/refunds policy: customer will have to return the item back to us first, then we will inspect it and if no damage is found we will issue the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The package must contain an invoice or a proof of purchase.
