Shipping Policy

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Please browse the offered shipping method choices and their prices.


In-stock items are shipped Monday-Friday, during business hours.
Items that are on "Pre-Order Only" have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
Bespoke items have a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
 

Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next business day.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup orders Monday-Friday 8am-5pm only.
Please bring your order confirmation, the form of payment used to complete the purchase (credit/debit card) and a driver license that matches the card name/last name. These are required in order to verify the order and release the items.

International Orders
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If customers purchase any item on our store and has it shipped to a US P.O. BOX or 3rd party shipping company that will later ship the item internationally, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBILE FOR ANY DAMAGE (OF BOX OR ITEM), DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY.
In case a refund request is made, it will be processed as per return/refunds policy: customer will have to return the item back to us first, then we will inspect it and if no damage is found we will issue the refund.
